The Emphasis on Care

My mother has received excellent care from all the staff at Delph House, from the first time she came into contact with them at her initial assessment, to now nearly 6 months on. Everyone I have come into contact with has been friendly, professional and willing to do everything in their power to ensure that my mother has settled in well. The staff are kind, compassionate and respectful to mum and very welcoming to the whole family. The house is always clean and the food is plentiful and delicious. A wide range of activities are organised and geared to the needs of the residents. It took my mother a few weeks to settle into her new environment but now she loves her new home and appears very happy and settled.

My grandmother received an excellent level of care here over the last year. The premises has a warm, friendly, homely atmosphere. The staff are amazing. They build strong, warm, friendships with all the residents. There is a wide variety of activities planned to keep residents engaged and meet their social, mental requirements. My grandmother also received excellent nursing care to meet her physical needs and was treated with dignity and respect. The food is great. Tasty and varied and adapted to residents needs. As a family, we were made very welcome to visit anytime. Comparing this to a previous location my Nan stayed at I feel this is a great place and the team of staff really go the extra mile to make a difference and enrich the days of the residents.
